OK, so we already knew that Russians are a weird bunch, but things just got weirder. It all starts with Vladimir Putin. Russian President. Hunter, but also an animal lover.
And, apparently, a favorite face for Russians to paint on their cars. Seriously and why? No clue, especially in the wake of that whole Panama Papers scandal that, despite not mentioning his name, links a close circle of his friends to about $2 billion in offshore bank accounts. But Russians don’t care. They still worship him, bare chested and all.
