Chicago-headquartered parking space booking company Arrive Inc. announced Wednesday it intends to expand its activity in Israel, setting up a research and development center to launch February 2020. Arrive intends to hire several dozen people in the country in the upcoming year. The company also said it was examining the possibility of launching its service in Israel.
Arrive's initial presence in Israel came with its 2018 acquisition of Tel Aviv-based parking management startup CodiPark Ltd.
Founded in 2006, Arrive, formerly known as ParkWhiz Inc., develops mobile apps for pre-booking parking spaces.
