Wuyang-Honda Motors, Honda two-wheelers’ local representation in China, has unveiled its new small capacity adventure motorcycle, the Honda CB190X, based on the existing CB190R.

The bike features a host of adventure-friendly add-ons like windscreen, knuckle guards, engine bash plate, crash bars, tail rack and an upswept exhaust.

The 184.4cc single-cylinder engine puts out 15.6 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 15 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine uses fuel injection technology. The fuel tank capacity stands at 14 litres and the claimed efficiency is 45 kmpl. This gives the bike around 600 km range on full tank. It uses disc brakes on both ends.

The CB190X features analogue-digital combo cluster and there's also a USB port to charge electronic devices. The bike employs telescopic forks at the front and monoshock at the rear. The claimed top speed stands at 110 kmph. The bike is available in four colours – red, yellow, black and white.

Honda has not revealed the pricing and is likely to announce further details by the end of next month. Last year, the brand had introduced the CBF190X in China, which is a slightly more upmarket version than the CB190X.
