Renault Brings Sporty Megane Wagon And Opulent Zoe To Geneva
Renault rolls into the 2016 Geneva Motor Show with its new Megane Sport Tourer wagon in sporty GT trim along with a special-edition Zoe that's exclusive to Switzerland.

Even with the rise of crossovers, wagons still fill a niche in Europe, and the Sport Tourer offers families some style in the segment. The GT adds extra flair to the regular long roof by including a honeycomb grille and a wide lower intake and smaller inlets at each corner. The design tweaks at the rear include a diffuser and chrome tailpipe. Beyond the more aggressive look, the GT is available with Renault's 4Control four-wheel steering system. It also gets two exclusive engine options: the gasoline-fueled Energy TCe 205 with a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox or the diesel Energy dCi 165 with a six-speed dual clutch.

For buyers who want to combine luxury and zero emissions, Renault also has the Zoe Swiss Edition in Geneva. This version of the EV is only available within the watch-loving nation starting this summer, but the automaker promises a similar version for the rest of Europe in the fourth quarter. The exterior is available in an exclusive color called Yttrium Grey and rides on new 16-inch wheels. The improvements are more lavish inside where occupants sit in heated leather seats in Pailleté Brown, and Metallic Fumé Grey trim covers the dashboard, vents, and door panels. A six-speaker Bose stereo and velour floor mats complete the opulent upgrades.
